Cook broth from the bones and chopped pieces of vegetables (2 carrots,1 parsley,1 celery) over a low heat. Add the canned tomatoes,100g of tomato paste, salt and pepper. Add 3 tablespoons of sour cream ( at first add a few tablespoons of hot soup to the sour cream and mix), and stir. Cook the pasta in a salted water (al  dente). Previously cooked pasta arrange on the plate, pour the soup and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
